Start the Lease
Once your lease is confirmed, we share the house rules, cleaning roster, and a checklist in advance. We also set up the key and Wi-Fi handover, and bin-day info before you arrive so your first week runs smoothly.

Shared Living Standards
We share rules transparently to prevent issues, and mediate neutrally if anything comes up. Guest policy, noise/cleanliness standards, and shared-space etiquette apply to everyone—making co-living easier for all.

Contracts & Clarity
You get everything in writing: rent and utilities, house rules, and how shared costs are split. We provide the agreement, and billing method up front—no surprise fees, just a process you can trust.

Submit a support ticket through the tenant portal and our dedicated maintenance team will aim to respond on the same business day. We’ll guide you through the next steps and coordinate the fix so you’re looked after quickly and with minimal hassle.

We cover basic handyman work in-house and schedule around your availability. You’ll get clear updates before and after the job
—what was done, any follow-ups, and tips to prevent repeat issues.

Trades When Needed
We provide core handyman services in-house. If a job falls outside our coverage, we’ll line up the right licensed tradie and either keep you updated on timing or connect you directly to coordinate—whichever gets it sorted fastest.
Finance & IT Support

Payments Made Simple
We handle rent cycles, utility splits, and issue invoices and receipts via our CRM system. If an issue arises (overpayment, bond queries, arrears), please reach out to our finance manager directly and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Wi-Fi & Portal Help
From day one, we configure Wi-Fi, tenant-portal access, and account verification. Our IT support team will attempt remote troubleshooting first, then assist as needed—targeting a same-business-day response.
